My gluten free sourdough recipe is made from freshly milled whole grains, and you’ll find it puts gluten free bread from the store to shame! It’s made with a combination of brown rice, teff, and buckwheat grains that blend together to give the bread a wonderful flavor.
Toppings can be added to the bread. Your options are black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and gluten free oats. If you would like a topping added please message me.
Toppings are adhered via an egg wash, but can be made with water. If you can’t have egg, and still want toppings, message me and I will be sure to make it with water instead.
Bread orders need to be placed with a 48 hour advance notice.
