I recommend feeding my sourdough starter with brown rice flour, but many of my customers have explained that they have had a hard time recently sourcing the flour. So I decided that I would offer some in the shop to give you a bit of time to decide how you want to source your flour. The brown rice that I use is a good quality organic grain. I’ve been using it for the past year and haven’t been disappointed at all!
