Gluten Free Sourdough Bread Mix
When you are gluten free recipes call for all sorts of different flours. It can get expensive if you want try a recipe. My bread recipe calls for flours that even someone who has been gluten free for a while may not have on hand. For this reason I have created a kit for you to try my sourdough recipe at home. Then if you decide you like the flavor you can then you can feel confident about purchasing the flours required to make my sourdough recipe at home.
Everything in this kit will be freshly milled for you when ordered. I use all organic grains. In this kit you have brown rice flour, teff flour, buckwheat flour, psyllium husk, and salt. You will only need to add gluten free sourdough starter, water and a bit of maple syrup or honey.
I am able to substitute out any of the grains for oat flour and quinoa flour. I have tried these mixes and they work just as well. If you are needing a substitution for the flours listed in the original listing please message me.
It will come with complete instructions on how to make the bread from the kit.
This kit is made in an exclusively gluten free, pet friendly household.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Also consider joining my mentorship program to learn more tips for gluten free baking!
