We're glad you're here! We moved to our little homestead located in Central Ohio in 2021. Previously we were in Columbus, Ohio but outgrew our little plot when we added ten chickens. Now we have added many more chickens, rabbits, bees, pigs, turkeys, and cows. We are driven by the desire to be the best animal stewards while also creating better soil through regenerative farming practices.

We are also very food motivated. Food became a major part of my thoughts when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease over 20 years ago. This forced me to learn how to cook gluten free when there weren't a lot of convenience flours and foods available. This caused me to really hone my cooking and baking skills.
